zeros in white matter

Hello,

Thank you for your toolbox and the forms! Recently I was analying a multishelled diffusion imaging using your toolbox. Upon analysising, I found that there are a lot of 0s in the white matter region. Does that mean the toolbox thinks there is no isovf contribution? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
