Thresholding Grey Matter Fraction (GBSS)

Hello all,

I'm working on a grey matter based spatial statistics pipeline where we isolate the grey matter of our sample and then threshold the voxels that are contained in 65% of an alzheimer's population to make an average (based the paper  https://academic.oup.com/cercor/article/30/5/2948/5675110) , but this wipes out a large amount of the grey matter.  Does anyone have experience with this or advice on how this can be troubleshot?

Hi Dustin,

I suggest you consider trying the method based on free surfer that we used here
