no zooming or scrolling on windows - unlicensed version

Hi, I'm testing the software out before I decide to buy it, and on windows I can't move around at all, left right, top bottom or zoom. holding shift or ctrl does nothing. Whereas on my mac it works perfectly. any solution?

Have you tried using the scroll bars and the zoom option at the bottom of the window?

shift and control modifiers are used for selection, not navigation.
