Hi, I love the concept and the lateral way of making music- I will buy the full program if I can work out in the trial month how to get it to talk to Logic. So far I haven't been sucessful but if anyone can let me know the settings I need then I would be very happy! Thanks!

Hi Dan!

Yes, I tried the trial month as well and decided to buy it. Nodal is great for generative music, and I use it a lot for polyrhythmic patterns and unpredictable, non-linear structures. I mainly use Ableton and it was no problem setting Nodal up as a slave there. I used a Youtube tutorial, and found one for Logic as well, hope this works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-zmDD2Jnvn4

best,
Mikael

I use it with Logic Pro X. You're welcome to ask me any questions you want.

A basic setup for getting the two working together is documented in the
video that I made here:

Great tutorial, does this also hold true for Mainstage? I believe MTC sync is enabled by using an external midi instrument track for sync.
