Is it possible to send edge controllers setup to Ableton or any other DAW? If so, how would I approach it? Thanks.

Yes, edges can send MIDI cc messages. You can send specific values or edit curves that change the value of the controller across the length of the edge.
Just set your DAW to receive MIDI cc and select the appropriate controller number(s) in Nodal.
