Noda Time 3.0.0 has been released :)

Hi folks,

Just to let you know that I've just pushed the NodaTime-3.0.0 and NodaTime.Testing-3.0.0 NuGet packages.

There's still a bit of work to do in terms of updating docs. (I'd love this to get simpler over time...) I'm hoping to get all of that done later in the day.

Thanks to everyone who's contributed, tested, submitted bugs etc.
