| On November 25, 2019, we sent an email asking you to accept our current Terms, Privacy Policy, and cookie use. In that email, we asked you to log in and follow the onscreen prompts to maintain access to your account. After hearing from you, and engaging in careful consideration, we’ve postponed this deadline and are no longer removing accounts on December 11. |

| We have decided to refrain from removing accounts until we have a policy in place to memorialize accounts for people who have passed away. When we provide the ability to memorialize accounts, we’ll follow up with an update regarding our inactive account policy. |
