NOC 0.2.7 RELEASE

NOC 0.2.7 is finally out. Main changes are:

User Profiles
------------------
User profiles contain user-related information which can be changed by
user

Flexible Notifications
------------------------------
Notifications subsystem was completely reworked. Time Patterns and
Notification Groups are introduced.
Notifications are sent by new noc-notifier daemon, which supports
plugins for delivery. SMTP and file-logging
plugins are implemented in 0.2.7 release

Notification Groups with Time Patterns allows to set up notifications
flexibly, depending on date and time of day.
Preferable way of receiving notifications can be set up by user via
User Profile

noc-launcher improvements
-----------------------------------------
From 0.2.7 noc-launcher can set up UID and GID for a lauched daemon.
noc-launcher is the only daemon to be started from system init
scripts.

Old backups removal
-------------------------------
Additional settings available for old backup removal.

SSL encryption of SAE-Activator streams
------------------------------------------------------------
Optional SSL encryption between SAE and Activator is introduced.

RPSL pref semantics
--------------------------------
New configuration option allows to change generated RPSL's pref
semantics. pref can be equal to localpref
or pref can be 65535-localpref

KB: "rack" macro improvements
-----------------------------------------------
"allocation" tag supports optional attribute "reserved", which is
useful to mark rack space as scheduled to be used but not occupied
yet.

Other improvements
-------------------------------
DLink DGS3100 compatibility improved, new event classes and
classification rules are introduced, various small improvements and
bugfixes
