The NOC Project team proudly presents the NOC 0.2.4 RELEASE,
0.2.4 RELEASE introduces new "Reference Book" subsystem.
Reference Book is a simple reference database with technical
information.
Built-in reference books can be populated and updated directly from
update.nocproject.org resource.
E.164 number plan, Q.931 cause codes, IEEE OUI database, Russian
Number Plan and allocated numbers registry
are provided with this release.

Knowledge Base got the article templates. Templates can be used to
create new KB articles and assign default categories. With templates
NOC's KB can be used as simple document flow system.

From 0.2.4 you can create custom virtual circuit types in addition to
built-in ones. Custom VC types can be used to enforce additional range
restrictions on labels.

Service Activation got improved stream parsers and VoiceFinder AddPack
support.
