Does anyone know any open source NoC platform

Hi,

My colleague is teaching a class on Systems-on-Chip design this
semester. He is looking for an open source NoC platform that can be
used as part of the labs for this class. Ideally, the platform offers
typical NoC topologies, is (near) ready to be simulated. Input
language can be SystemC, or hardware description languages like VHDL
or Verilog.

i used Hermes simultor before. it is vhdl based.

Here is a network configuration tool provided by CMU.

It can generate corresponding Verilog for defined NoC.

I am interested to learn the sequence of code of CONNECT. Please guide.
