Dear PAL Network Members,

We hope you are all doing well.

As part of the Erasmus+ project RAINBOW BRIDGES, we are launching a series of 4 online webinars dedicated to youth workers and practitioners who support LGBTQIA+ young people in their transition to adulthood and entry into the labour market.

Through interactive sessions, participants will strengthen their competencies in SOGIESC-responsive career guidance and gain practical tools to effectively support the mental well-being of LGBTQIA+ youth in real-life professional contexts.

The webinars will take place online via Microsoft Teams on 19, 20, 26, and 27 March 2026 (16:00–18:30 CET) and are open to youth workers, career counsellors, educators, mentors, trainers, and LGBTQIA+ activists aged 18–30, in line with Erasmus+ programme rules.

📌 Participation in all four webinars is required to receive certification through YouthPass.
