GCDP Team Updates: Where has been the GCDP team lately!? All of us have been back to the office lately in the rainy and windy Rotterdam! Vini was in India. Essa was in Liberia for WACS. Sophia was in Kenya for Pioneers.   Any random moments!? Sophia and Essa planned to go jogging with Vini, on Sunday! Incoming GCDP: Raising: Make sure you raise your forms until the 30th of  November! In order to do so: Focus the HR of your LCs to closing the TN Takers and Sponsors that are at least in negotiation stage in your sales pipeline. Run sales challenges to keep the members focused on closing the current pipeline. Share GCPs and business cases of successful sales done in different LCs so the OCs of your national projects can learn from each other. Preparation: Make sure your LCs made their HR plan to delivery all logistics (pick up and accommodation) for your projects - align it with TM! Share standardized materials for reception, IPS and project meetings among your OCs. Talk to your CY partner to align their preparation process and make sure EP LEAD start in the home entity and it continues. Outgoing GCDP: Raising: Make sure you raise your forms until the 30th of  November! In order to do so: Have your final marketing campaigns to get more applicants. Run final sprint challenges with your LCs. Track the conversion rate of your entity and your LCs. Preparation: Make sure that your LCs run EP LEAD with their EPs, make sure you provide them with the needed materials to do so. Share standardized materials for preparation, OPS and meetings with EPs among your LCs. Talk to your CY partner to align their preparation process and make sure EP LEAD start in the home entity and continues with the host entity.  3- GCDP Inspiration Corner!
