Project Manager/Leader (California)

[Anne Dahlin, Genio Danmark]

You will be working on a variety of leading edge projects, working
both in-house at The client's dedicated development facility or at the
client's own site. The client's main web / e-Commerce clients include
leading players in the technology world - organisations such as Sun,
Netscape, AOL and Lucent Technologies

Skills: Proven management skills, Windows, NT, MS SQLSERVER

Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT, with expertise on Windows
Technology
At least 2 years in managing projects with responsibilities covering
team management, tasks assignment, schedules, deliverables and
deadlines
Technical expertise should cover Windows NT server programming, Win
32, windows Client development and MS SQL Server.
Exposure to TCP/IP or Network programming and SDLC (+)

Salary levels will be based on skills & experience, as follows:

Career Experience Salary Level

Junior: $60,000-$80,000 p.a. plus package
Intermediate: $80,000-$100,000 p.a. plus package
(higher if with Project Leading experience)
Senior: $100,000-$120,000+ p.a. plus package
(only senior types would be towards the top end)
