Are there any good used CDs stores in Oslo? I found an antikvariat on
Ullevålsvn. that was ok and I was wondering if there were any others.

I've been past there a zillion times and never been in. I'll make it
a first port of call next time in the area.

The following list was published here some time ago:

Bjørn Ringstrøms Antikvariat AS
Ullevålsveien 1
0165 Oslo

Råkk og Rålls
Arbeidersamfunnets plass 1 (+ avdeing i markveien)
(means: and a shop in Markveien as well)
0181 Oslo

Akvarius
Fredensborgveien 21
0177 Oslo

Oslo Rock-Antikvariat
Fredensborgveien 17
0177 Oslo

Pretty Price
Dronningens gate 23
0154 Oslo

Majorstuen Antikvariat
Vibes gate 15
0356 Oslo

Spøk & Spenning
Thorvald Meyers gate 43
0552 Oslo

Lucky Eddie
Trondheimsveien 63
0565 Oslo

A few comments: Ringstrøms, which is where I guess you were, is OK,
but they don't have too much. Prices: 50-75 a CD, some above, some
below. Råkk & Råll's are fairly expensive on rare stuff, it is said
that they actually buy from Ringstrøms. Prices: about 85/CD. Their
division in Markveien has a lot of cheap junk. Akvarius and Oslo
Rock-Antikvariat: Small on CDs, ORA has a lot of vinyl. Both worth
visiting nevertheless, they are geographically between Ringstrøms and
R&R. Pretty Price: A good place, I think. CDs @NOK70. Majorstuen
Antikvariat: Sorry, never been there. Spøk & Spenning and Lucky Eddie:
I think they are owned by the same person(s). The former used to have
more comics and books I think, but both have a lot of CDs (at around
75).

There are three more you could visit: Comix, Ullevålsveien 16,
Spiderman in Kirkegata and one in Storgata, the eastern side, north of
Gunerius. A general 2nd. hand market, but has some CDs. (None of these
three have _many_ CDs.)

A good roundtrip on bicycle from Blindern should be as follows (where
I have skipped Majorstuen Antikvariat since I don't know it): Down to
Comix @ St. Hanshaugen (left hand side, across Ila Apotek and the
post). Further down to Ringstrøms at the catholic church. Then Thor
Olsens gate over to Aquarius and Oslo Rock Antikvariat. Then
Fredensborgveien to Grensen to the Oslo Dome Church, Kirkegata a few
meters (against the driving direction!) across Karl Johan to
Spiderman. Then Karl Johan down one block and turn right into
Dronningens Gate and Pretty Price. Then turn around, past the Dome and
take Storgata past Gunerius and the 2nd hand market on the right. Then
back to Gunerius and turn right (westwards) two blocks to Råkk &
Råll's. Then Torggata north, past the bridge and then take Markveien
to the left, past Råkk & Råll's _comix_ division and into their books
& cheap CDs division (called "Boktorget" I think?) on the right hand
side of he street. Then if you like techno or metal, you could very
well visit _Voices of Wonder_ at Olaf Ryes Plass 6, entrance from
Markveien; they often have a lot on sale from the labels they
distribute. Then you cross Olaf Ryes Plass to get to Thorvald Meyers
gt, parallell to Markveien. Follow it up a bit and you'll find Spøk &
Spenning on the left hand side. Finally, you turn right and take
either Helgesens gate or Sofienberggata along Sofienbergparken and
Sofienberg Church until you hit Trondheimsveien. Follow it north half
a block or one block and a half, and you'll find Lucky Eddie on your
right hand side.

Then you are maybe a bit lost; you are straigth south of Carl Berners
plass. Pick up the Yellow Pages and see the map.

That's it. The next time someone asks, I'll find this posting at
DejaNews :)

What can I say except "where can I find a good second-hand bike shop?" :-)
Cheers!

Don't know, but _Arngren_, I think, has the cheapest _new_ bikes,
@ NOK798. Then you have to assemble it yourself... :)
