HJELP!! Søkeren tar ikke æø og å.

Hvilket karaktersett skal brukes for at søkeren i C-panel kan søke på de
norske bokstavene? ISP svarer:

"Rendering characters is done by the browser based on how the headers and
HTML tell it to (IE by setting the charset to use), I'm not sure what could
have changed but it appears its set to ISO-8859-1
Its nto really anything cPanel or Apache has to do with it, it needs to be
in your HTML"

Karaktersettet jeg bruker er ISO-8859-1, har også prøvd UFT8 men samme
dårlige resultat.
