safeguard division in foreign institutional aimed development
projecting worldwide, and institution information in general defense
security for a integrate forth coming modern society in
decisionmaking
support. We will however, with some importance direct this for
involved Special Tactics Officer and Airmen. Further, I wish herein
share a memorandum from 10 years ago, It has been remembered from a
Haitian Operation Unit. In Haiti much effort went into establishing
an
integrated Headquarters. It was not an easy task. The civilian police
component refused initially to be integrated with the military
component. The police considered their tasks as being separate from
those of the military and therefore saw no reason for an integrated
headquarters. The risk they saw with such an organization might be
that the Haitians would considering since no police had existed in
Haiti before and there might be an advantage in stressing the
differences between policemen and military personnel, especially
since
the Haitian military had contributed to the breakdown of the society.
On the other hand, police/military co-operation is crucial for
sustaining the mandate's 'secure and stable environment'. There is,
for example, an urgent need to exchange information, to pool
communications etc. This argument was eventually accepted, and
Civipol
moved in. And in fact, the interviews with representatives of all
levels and components have shown that integration at Headquarters
makes co-operation easier, providing opportunities to meet and
discuss
informally on a day-to-day basis. If we today thought a briefing
would
be able to settle priorities for a stronger, more effective
preparedness, also next time a catastrophe or insident reveal the
police will be prepared. However, development and implementation of
policy on strategic issues, including inputs to defense policy,
crisis
management and counter-terrorism as key unit and other multilateral
(uni) bodies which reflects and advance National interests. The Unit
would evaluate its performace using increased involvement by National
companies and multilateral development bankfunded procurement and
increased share of multilateral procurement opportunities for the
Country, and effectiveness of coalitions and regional and bilateral
co-
operation to pursue National interests to meet the challenging
operation requirements for National and allied security needs of the
21th century.

This report is a comprehensive analysis on a common area of interest,
when conducting a Peace Support Operation, a safe and secure
operational environment. We have to be profitable in order to develop
new areas, new product lines, new business areas and execute
