1 kg kvernet elgkjøtt
1 l vann
2 løk
3 gulrøtter
1/2 kålrot
1/2 purre
salt, pepper, timian
hakket persille

Bland elgkjøtt, krydder og vann. Etter ti minutter tilsettes grønnsakene
i litt grove biter. La småkoke i 25-30 minutter. Tilsett hakket persille
mot slutten. Krydre forsiktig.

Serveres med poteter.
