I have set up a meeting for the 10th, but Jennifer can not make that.  The first Thursday of each month is bad for her.  I am normally out of town the first or second week of each month.  Are there any others that have times that are bad for meetings?  I am looking at maybe the last week of the month, but let me know what works for you. I want to try to make sure that we do it when the most people are available.

It's the second Thursday of the month is bad for me. Also Wednesdays aren't good. Again, thanks for organizing Jackson!

Thanks,
Jennifer

Jackson,
I realize your working hard to try and accommodate everyone's needs
and first want to say thanks for that. My thought is it may be very
difficult to find what works for everyone so I propose this thought.
Establish 2 regular meetings a month i.e. 1st tuesday and 3rd
wednesday. (just examples). This approach would give us a certain
amount of predictability in the schedules and offer an alternative to
those who can't make one or the other. Of course anyone wanting to
attend both would be welcomed. As far as any specific suggestions
beyond that I would recommend say a Tue, Wed, or Wed,thu alternatives
because that might work best with people attending night school. I am
pretty flexible so whatever works best with everyone else is fine with
me.

Thanks again
Jeff

Hello Richard and all,

Richard, thank you for your great solution for getting together. To try to accommodate one and all is one enormous and never ending headache. Your calendar spread seems fair and I hope doable.

I will be out of Missouri until spring, however, I will try to keep connected to "No Labels" . By the by, has anyone spied a look at still another movements called, moderatevoters.org? It sounds like another silent majority's effort to be heard. This effort is real and growing. Let's not drop the ball.

May reason surface and carry on.

Regards,
Marilyn Russell Miles.

I think at some point multiple meetings in a month may be the way to go.  If we can get this thing rolling, I would hope that we would have a Metro meeting every month and district meetings each month as well.  But for now I don't think we should do that yet.  How would tuesday the 8th work for everyone?

Or is Thursday the 3rd ok?

So far only Dave and I have RSVP'd for tonight, will anyone else be able to make it?

I, for one, will not. We have guests in town that require our attention.
