spectrum blocked?/

There seems to be a "frame" on https://www.spectrum.com/replacemodem that is getting blocked by no-ads....also, the no-ads.int/off doesnt seem to be working?  i think it looks like the domain died that was serving up those "bookmarklets"??  does anyone happen to have a mirror by chance?
