I just noticed that the latest domain to be whitelisted was entered in without escaping the period, which means that any domain consisting of adk46er followed by any character followed by org will be whitelisted; it's a minor thing but something worth considering for your next update.

With that said, there are some domains that I believe ought to be whitelisted, because they begin with "ad" but are not actually domains that advertising is served from, in regex-ready form:

ad(fontesmedia|guard|muncher|week)\.com|ad(away|blockplus|tidy)\.org|admdownload\.adobe\.com
I would also recommend whitelisting ads-serve\.brave\.com just because that domain is used only by the Brave web browser and is necessary for its in-browser-ad-based Basic Attention Token to work; then again, it literally is an ad-server.

I have a couple of other recommendations, one of which doesn't even start with "ad", but they're a bit seamier and I'd rather not mention them in a public forum.

I updated the whitelist with these changes.
