GUEST RELATION ASSOCIATE/EXECUTIVE CRITERIA
Position Requirement
1. Smart, pleasing personality, confident, articulate & motivated To
work
2. Height Atleast 5.4 inches Tall
3. Age – 22 to 27 Years
4. Good Communication, fluent in English, knowledge of foreign language
would be an added advantage.
5. Working Hours – 9 Hours & flexible to work in Rotational Shifts
(Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night).
6. Fresher or Experienced from Aviation Background
Overall responsibilities of the Position
1. Reporting to the department as per your shift timings
2. Attending the daily department meeting
3. Taking the hand-over from the previous shift
4. Checking the VIP guest arrival
5. Giving the newspaper list for the VIPs & Welcumclub to bell
desk
6. Welcoming the VIP guest and assisting them with check -in and
check out procedures
7. Meet, greet and entertain guests to enhance guest satisfaction
and encourage guest feedback on their stay in the hotel.
8. Checking the rooms in regards to the cleanliness and amenities
requirement
9. Anticipate guest needs and exceed their specific needs during
their stay, in order to ensure repeat visits.
10. Taking care of the birthday/ honeymoon guest if any
11. Building a good relation with the guest by checking about
their stay and their request
12. Ensuring maximum guest delight by creating WOW at every
interaction with the guest
13. The incumbent will be responsible to co-ordinate with
other departments to ensure smooth & effective operations
14. Frequent interaction with the VIPs & the Welcumclub guest
15. Taking care of the sick guest and informing the
supervisor for any major issues
16. Maintaining the PR register
17. Attending the PR function
18. Handling the guest request and grievances after
consulting the front office manger
19. Assigning VIPs & expected arrivals for the evening & give
rooms to the housekeeping and send amenities to be placed in
the guest rooms
20. Custodian for the response rate and excellence ratio
21. Giving proper hand over to your colleague(s) in the next
shift
22. Understand the standards of ITC Hotels and ensure the
same are adhered to at all times
