The Job Description and other details are as given below:
Designation: Client Relations Executive
Salary: Rs 10000 to Rs 17000 in hand (incentives, allowances, extra)
Key work areas
•
Develop an in-depth understanding of the website and application to be able to answer client queries, complaints and troubleshooting.
• Call & set-up appointments on daily basis, and meet pre-defined set of prospective clients on daily basis
• Achievement of weekly sales targets
• Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures
• MIS Reporting, Management presentations, adhoc reports
• Identifying potential partnering opportunities
• Any other activities as decided from time to time
Skills needed
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Good at people interaction and face to face meetings.
• Should love the startup environment.
• Should have go getter attitude.
• Target driven
• Good with sales ad negotiation
• Organised and creative.
• Good work ethics.
