Lets meet on Wednesday 1-2 in 402B…we need to go over the final logistics for the competition.

My to-do list:
Request for A/V - done
Room logistics and set up - done, we can set up at 2:30.
Ordering food and booking space for Amsterdam cafe - done, vendor form approved by Stevie, (For drink tickets, we will ask for Rodrigo when we arrive and he will hand us the tickets that we can distribute to everyone. The tickets will cover weld drinks, draft beers and sodas.)
Columbia catering for the event - invoice is signed, waiting for confirmation
 
One more item:
make directional signs

Le’s to-do list
1. Get posters, stand, banner: done. Start posting around Columbia Campus. SIPA, J-School, undergraduate school: done
2. Get gifts and water for judges: Vendor approved. Got it tomorrow. 
3. Print the scoring sheets, combined executive summary, pens for the judge: Vendor approved. Got it tomorrow.

Le one more thing is once Jesper gets done with the pamphlet, print about 50 of them in color printer.

Done with the pamphlets? I have to put the order soon. By the way, I’ll prefer not use color printings. It is really expensive and might beyond our budget.
