Thanks for your response.
 
We would have speakers at the front giving a presentation. So we would need one microphone at the front where the speakers will speak on the podium. We will also have a panel of judges who will need microphones. We have six judges - so if every two judges share, we can have 3 microphones at the judges table. The judges table will be placed near the front, facing the podium.
 
The event will not be recorded.

I see a request for a multbox.  This device is needed only when the room audio is to go to multiple recording feeds.  Do you have one or more parties recording the event?
