I am happy to supply equipment for your presentation. Can you give me further details about the setup? I see you asked for 4 microphones; Will you have 4 separate simultaneous panelists speaking? Are they going to be speaking from a table at the front of the room?
I see a request for a multbox. This device is needed only when the room audio is to go to multiple recording feeds. Do you have one or more parties recording the event?

We have already booked the room for the date and time that we listed - so we hope we can also receive A/V equipment/service at the same time. We would also like a projector remote control and laser pointer if possible. Thank you!
Hi Sean,Thanks for your response.We would have speakers at the front giving a presentation. So we would need one microphone at the front where the speakers will speak on the podium. We will also have a panel of judges who will need microphones. We have six judges - so if every two judges share, we can have 3 microphones at the judges table. The judges table will be placed near the front, facing the podium.The event will not be recorded.Hope this makes the picture clear. Let me know! Thanks!Janice

Hi,
So I am confirming 3 mics at table and 1 @ podium (4 is max in that room), the projector cart will be needed, but no recording is taking place.
This is not a problem, I will have it set accordingly before 3PM on Thursday.
