Gurgaon governance at its worst

Dear all

All those who were out on the road in the evening of July 13 will remember the ordeal of reaching their destinations. In the last 15 years since, this is the worst experience I have had on Gurgaon's roads. The consequent economic loss must have been huge!

I am really concerned with the falling quality of Gurgaon's governance...and the administrative machinery's complete apathy towards citizen's quality of life.

Attaching my experience of that day in this picture story.

Does anyone have the manifestos of the two MLAs and MP. If they made any constituency  specific ones then perhaps they promised action  on some of these issues and perhaps it is time to ask what action they have taken so far.

Mr. Harish Capoor is right, MCG has money lying in fixed deposit. There has to be a  plan for using that money for the benefit of Gurgaon. Time to go back to the minister and ask him what about money with MCG.

Contracts are laid out...and before the contractor gets selected, he hands out 20-25% to the ones who lay it out, fully or in 1-2 installments. 4. That should answer all the questions we raise in our small town of Gurugram.... is that not visible, yet ?  It may be easier with a Gurgaon Development Authority than was earlier, one suspects..... 

Aagey  aagey dekho  hota hai kya...is all that one can say- optimistically!

The trick is at the time of election ,make all promises and once elected present a bleak financial picture and levy all kinds of cess like cow cess in Haryana.All the money generated in Gurgaon,one of the richest city just goes to a black hole...We all know what is that blackhole.And we as citizens are tossed around.It is just a cry in wilderness.

Suffer we do but polticians and administrators just do merry go round.It is yet to be established who is the master....in our democracy.
