Hey everyone,

The deadline to turn in club reimbursements is Wednesday, May 2nd by 5 pm. If you are leaving town prior to graduation and wish to have your reimbursement sent to a different address, please attach a note stating where you would like it to go and I will process it accordingly. If you do not attach a note, I will send it to your PO Box like usual. If you turn in a reimbursement later than Wednesday, May 2nd, it can still be processed but it should not be expected that it will be done in a timely manner. The absolute deadline for reimbursements to be turned in is Friday, May 11th by 12 pm. These may not be processed until a new CFO is hired, which could be as late as June 12th, so if you expect it to be done this semester turn it in by May 2nd.

Keep in mind that every club is turning in reimbursements so the process will take a bit longer than usual to occur. I understand the need to have reimbursements processed quickly and I will do my best to accommodate such requests, but I am very likely as busy as you, so please be patient with me.
