Earth Science Club meeting

Hey ESCers!

I'd like to hold a spring semester kick-off meeting Thursday, Jan. 26th at noon. Since there is a class that meets in our usual room at 12:30, and it should be a nice day, let's meet right out front of MSEC. Pizza will be provided. This semester you can look forward to more action! More adventure! More outreach! 

Things on the agenda:

• Club Roster- the more people we have in our club, the more money we get. More money = more fun.
• Camping trips- I will be organizing a camping trip to City of Rocks or some hot springs.
• Rafting Trip- Gus has offered to organize and guide a rafting trip.
• Outreach- Our volcano experiment was a huge success. The kids had fun, the volunteers had fun, the teachers were grateful. I hope we can stay involved with the local schools this semester.
