A few final announcements

Hello once again!
     I am sorry that this is the third email I have sent out the past few days, but I need to touch on a few more important things. 

The first concerns FOOD MONEY! If you are turning in a reimbursement for food, you must attach a list of members who attended your meeting/ event. If you do not, you will not get reimbursed. Again, a LIST of members is needed.

Second is concerning funds left over from last semester. In order to use any left over funds, you must get the purchase approved by me before the purchase is made. The only definite requirement that I currently have is the money cannot be spent on food.

Next, I have had clubs already approach me about changing budgets. While this is okay, it must be approved by the finance committee before the change is made. We are more than happy to work with you, but don't forget us.

Finally, talk with your fellow officers about the money you received! Discuss it, plan how to implement it, communicate! I have had multiple officers from most clubs email me for the budget after already having sent it out. While this is not a problem, not communicating is!
