Hello Everyone,
I have processed all the club packets and a lot of you didn't turn in complete packets. I have attached a spreadsheet with what I received. If your club is missing something, please get it to me NO LATER than Wednesday 9/19 at 5:00pm. Remember: You must have a constitution, an inventory (if one exists), a club charter form, a roster form (min 20 signatures for clubs, 15 signatures for associate clubs), a budget, and a budget cover letter. You also HAVE TO submit the club description and photo via email to kdon...@nmt.edu. If you turned in hard copies, you need to make sure you email them because I am not going to retype your club's description so it can go on the website.
Also, as of now I have the following clubs listed as associate clubs fro the Fall 2012 semester:
St. Patrick's Newman
Kappa Sigma
Filming Club
Society of Physics Students
Students for the Future of America
Society for Creative Anachronism
Alpha Sigma Kappa
Cooney Mining Club
Tech Amateur Radio Association
Gracelife
Adventurer's Guild
Whovian Associates
If your club is supposed to be associate and isn't here or vice versa, let me know ASAP.
Finally, I have also attached the volunteer requirements for the Fall 2012 semester. Hopefully, later this week I will send out the hours that have already been completed so your club can know where it is standing. Let me know if you have any questions.
