The Finance Committee recently met and awarded club budgets. Each club was discussed by the committee and awarded money if the club packet was complete and requirements for being a club met. In the past, I sent out the awarded amount and spreadsheet showing what was approved. However, there were far too many mistakes with spending and reimbursements using this method, so I am going to ask that each club to send an email to request what was awarded and discuss any questions that arise from the awarded amounts. To receieve your club budget, send me an email with your name, position in the club, and the club you are with. It was stressed in the mandatory meetings that budgeted money be spent on what was requested and awarded, and again, I would like to stress that point.
