Reminder: Kveik works fast, so you still have plenty of time to brew an entry! Let's get those numbers up!
Case in point: I brewed mine yesterday. Pitched yeast at 95F, set the ferm chamber to 100F. Started it at 10 PSI. Within 5 hours I was at 20 PSI. 24 hours later, it had gone from 1.055 to 1.020.
Here's the kicker: This yeast packet "expired" in 2022.
If anyone wants to brew an entry but doesn't have yeast, let me know. I have an extra packet of 2022 Lallemand Voss that I'd be happy to part with. As ever, I also have malt and hops. Just let me know what you need.
