And here is what I ended up doing:
Batch Size: 3 Gallons
Efficiency: 50%
9 lbs Pilsen Malt
8 oz Carapils
2.5 oz Mosaic Hops (flameout)
1.5 oz Mosaic Hops (Dry Hop)
1 pkg LalBrew Voss Kveik Yeast
Mash at 155F for 45 min. Boil for 90 min. Ferment at 90F. Dry hop for 4 days at room temp when fermentation activity stops.
