I’m about to make a 2L starter and I’m hoping to use a stir plate for it. Does anyone know if there are any shops in town that sell them?

Nothing in town that I'm aware of, but SW Grape & Grain does carry a few different models. You can borrow one of mine if you don't find what you need.
