...Has anybody ever processed data in NMRPipe; then exported it into a format that Brukers Topspin can read?

What I'd like to be able to do is some of the more fancy NUS processing algorithms; which pretty much all seem to rely on NMRpipe. However the data it produces is not something our students can routinely work with... Or indeed me; I rarely get the time to dive down and immerse myself in NMRpipe...

Is there a way to convert the data?

Best wishes,

Duncan

Duncan,

I've never done anything similar to what you have described.  nmrglue can convert NMRPipe files into Bruker's fid/ser format although I suspect that the metadata would not be sufficient for Topspin to use these files.
