nmrglue on colabs

Hi All

I have done some work on installing nmrglue on google colabs.

I want to start sharing how to do this via github.  I'm at the stage where I have a fork of nmrglue on my laptop.

I plan to modify the tutorial.rst file with the instructions.

Does anyone see any problems with this proposal?

I don't want to waste anytime doing things that are just going to be rejected.

Any suggestions or comments before I start to nudge me in the right direction and avoid any quicksand would be welcome.
