Hi,

I'm fairly new to nmrglue, and would like to use it for processing data from Bruker spectrometers. Recently Bruker has started storing their data in a double format, instead of the previous integer format. Is there a way to read the double-format data in nmrglue, or would it need to be converted first using Topspin?

Many thanks,

Alex

Alex,

nmrglue does not support Bruker's new "double" format.  Can you share an example file with me in this format?  I can't promise support for it in nmrglue but I would be interested in examining one of these datasets.

Cheers,
