Hi,

The documentation says tameNMR is installed, but I can't work out how to run it?
I understand it is built on the Galaxy framework, which should also be installed, and I can't see where that is either?

Any tips would be great!

Thanks

Will

Hi Will,

The majority of the software packages installed on NMRbox are put in /usr/software/<package name>.  We also create wrapper scripts in /usr/software/bin that link to various executables that might be buried within the directory structure of each software installation.  The current v6 release of NMRbox has an installation for tameNMR at /usr/software/tameNMR.  I took a look at the README.md file in the tameNMR installation and it indicates that tameNMR can be run either as a Galaxy framework or as a set of command line programs (I'm not a user of either).  I do not see an installation for Galaxy on NMRbox, but I will put this on our list of software packages to explore.  For now, I hope that the command line tools for tameNMR can be of use to you.

Thanks for your question and I hope we can deliver the tools you need.

Best,
Adam
