Dear Fellows, 

I got one problem in the 5-release, I want to now if I forgot something. I did not use nmrbox directly last year, I download the ova file and use it local, but I like to login using Xvnc now

I login in using normal command ssh, inside of machine  I made

vncserver 

they start at :29 

(with some error about libsnoopy.so) 

I logout, and login again using from my notebook (MAC Ox 10.14.4)

ssh -L 5929:localhost:5929 nmrbox_username@nmrbox_username.nmrbox.org 

after I start RealVNC-viewer I use this at address

localhost:5929

the RealVNC ask me for user and password (I did not have the same user at my MAC, I use RealVNC on my servers here, they never ask me about username)

I user the same nmrbox_username and the same passwd who I set using vncpasswd -user command,

I did not get any success, Real-VNC always give me wrong passwd or user message. TigerVNC 1.9.0 give me "no match security type".

I am doing something wrong?

Can anyone help me with this?

VNCServer starts automatically on the NMRbox platform as a service, so don't start one yourself. Connect to amagalhaes.nmrbox.org in RealVNC and enter your NMRbox username (amagalhaes) and password. If you've forgotten that, you can reset it at https://nmrbox.org/forgot-password.
