Is it possible to obtain a slice and extract the intensities?

Marco, do you use pseudo 3D data? You can split using easy ucsfdata gui.

Actual question was about extracting 1D from 2D.



Answer is,

 

In Poky Notepad “Pn”, File > Poky Scripts > Find Additional …

 

Choose “plot_slice1D_from_2D_script.py” and run by ctrl+b or cmd+b. One 2D peak must be selected to run the script.

Hi,

I got the values I need, bottom left of the attached figure, but the plots seem very different from the real slices. So, if the values refer to the plots I think something is wrong.

Values are 1e9 scaled. Still wrong?
