Question about 4D spectrum analysis in POKY

Dear Prof. Lee,

 

I would like to ask whether POKY can directly open and display 4D NMR spectra.

 

If 4D spectrum analysis is supported, could you please let me know which data format and workflow are recommended?

Hi,

Yes, it can open ucsf directly. 4rrrr, ft4, etc can be converted to ucsf. Experiment type should be chosen for your need, but you can consider I-PINE supported experiments if you wish to do a protein assignment automatically. You can check them from here:
