I was wondering if there is a way to synchronize strip plots from different spectra (e.g., HNCACB, CCONH) with the corresponding peaks in an HSQC spectrum. Ideally, I would like to be able to click on a peak in the HSQC and have the strip plots automatically align with that particular peak. I haven’t been able to find a feature or method to achieve this.
Additionally, is there a feature that allows navigation between different slices (along the Z-axis) of a peak within the same strip plot? Currently, I can zoom in and out, but I am unable to view different slices. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much.
Regards,
Abhishek
Dear Abhishek,
It works as you wish now. Are you using the strip plot “st” ? After configuring 3D spectra (e.g. HNCACB and CCONH) to use in the strip plot, you can select an HSQC peak and type “sk”.
For Z-axis navigation, you can type , or .
Check “Cheat Sheet”.

Oh, “sp” not “st”.
I do not understand your question because “sk” does what you want essentially. Do you keep all possible strips loaded always? That’s not recommended way. Only load what you need by “sk”. You don’t need to do “yt” since “sk” automatically loads related strips from 3D spectra.
