Issue in vS slices sfter peak integration

Hello Dr. Lee,

I was checking the 2D spectrum after integrating the peaks and used the vS command to inspect the orthogonal slices through the selected peak positions. For several peaks (Screenshot 2), I do not observe a well-defined, symmetric peak in the slices. Instead I saw something which looked like noise. For some peaks I do see a clear well defined symmetric peaks (Screenshot 1). I have tried restarting the poky but it didn't help. Could you please advise how I should troubleshoot this?

Slice panel is interactive. It looks like your cursor is not on the peak.

Even with the cursor in the center it doesn't show the peak in slices. I have attached a new screenshot.

Hi,

Black line is from raw data, and it looks flat in your screenshot, while contours are drawn. This information is contradictory. Do you have overlays? Or copied integrated peaks over to another spectrum? If so, integration needs redone.
