Cannot submit I-PINE auto assignment

Hi,

I am trying to submit the auto assignment either through I-PINE web or PINE-SPARKY. But it always responded with an error. I think my imported files format are correct. I wonder if anyone can give a hand.

An unknown error has occured during the process of your job in I-PINE. Please make sure that your sequence file and peak lists are in the correct format because most of the time they are the source of error, and then reupload your job. Please check if you included correct data heights for the peaks, too. POKY has a function to export correct I-PINE input formats (two-letter-code "ep" and "sq"). Note that there are many cases caused by input of non-text sequence file by users.

Once easiest way is to exclude experiments one by one and check what causes the problem. There can be a few different reasons like unaccepted peaks in the experiment, wrong experiment set up (e.g. HNCACB for HN(CA)CB). Also, if you can provide the job id “IPINE_XXXXXX_XXX….” to me privately, I will be able to tell you what happened.
