Changing name that appears above spectra

Hello,

I was wondering how to change the name that appears in the header of the NMR spectrum windows in POKY. This would make it less confusing to tell which experiments I'm comparing. I'm using macOS with XQuartz. 

Currently, all my files are appearing with the header '2rr' (as they were inputted from Bruker 2rr files), despite me loading them from .save files with different names.

I would appreciate your help!

Type "st" and change from there.
