XQuartz installation (Mac users)

Dear Mac users,

When you install the latest XQuartz (2.8.0_rc2), you probably want to remove /opt/X11 before installing it according to https://github.com/XQuartz/XQuartz/issues/97

This affects both Poky and NMRFAM-SPARKY users. If they don't launch as expected, please be advised with the above.

It looks like XQuartz 2.8.0_rc3 fixes the installation problem.

Dear Mac POKY/SPARKY users, 

Still XQuartz 2.8.0_rc3 & rc4 have a small font issue. 

You can install rc2 after removing /opt/X11, or wait for the next version. 

Otherwise, you can apply https://github.com/XQuartz/XQuartz/commit/da34ca1d09bbb962dce44e8cfdfd99b02018e421 after installing rc4.
