to NMR POKY/SPARKY USER GROUP
Hi all - I am trying to learn to use sparky to do protein backbone assignments, specifically to assign signals on a 15N/1H HSQC but find myself unable to produce the right files from the processed 3D data sets to open the HN slices on sparky. Overall I would appreciate a good resource to learn SPARKY independently. - Thank you!

to Brandon Guerra, NMR POKY/SPARKY USER GROUP
You can use xyz2pipe from NMRPipe to create a single file from multiple 2D planes. Then, pipe2ucsf or drag and drop in POKY.
