How to add HCCH-TOCSY and aromatic side chain spectra to the strip

Hi Dr. Lee, 

I cannot add HCCH-TOCSY and aromatic side chain spectra to the strip plot with CBCAcoNH after simulating the assignments. In your side chain assignment YouTube video, I also didn’t see HCCH-TOCSY being added to the strip plot. Is this normal? How can I add those?

Hi,

HCCH-TOCSY is “HC” based. If you want to use it, you can have additional strip plot using “SP” or “Sp”, then use with C-HSQC. If you don’t have C-HSQC, you may make 2D projection spectrum from HCCH-TOCSY.
