Academic license issue

Hi Dr. Lee,

I am having an issue getting Poky to work on my new laptop. I have gotten a new key for my new computer, but it is telling me it's invalid because I have already submitted it, but that isn't true. I don't have a space in the path; it was downloaded to "C:\poky," so I don't know what to do now.

Hi,

I don’t think that is the problem. Please ensure you follow these steps.

Download poky_win.zip somewhere else than you would install. 

Unzip the poky_win,zip and execute installer batch file from there. 

Point the place to install different from download and uncompress path.

Run poky.bat from installation path/bin folder.
