unable pick the cross peak

Hi Team,

I am using POCSY for automatic peak picking in a 13C NOESY experiment. However, only the diagonal peaks are being picked, while the cross peaks are not detected.

I am using the restricted peak-picking option with the two-letter command (kr) method. Could you please help me identify whether I am missing any settings or parameters that are required for cross-peak detection?

Hi,

When using “kr” for 3D-NOESY or TOCSY, leave the tolerance blank for any axis that should not be restricted.
