Academic License

Hi, 

I've used POKY previously and haven't had problems with putting in the academic license, but upon using it recently, every time I try to insert the academic license, it tells me its invalid. How should I solve this?

If you have the “username” that carries non-alphabetic characters, it can be the problem. /Users/XXXXX, that XXXXX needs to be clean.

Mac, 

System Settings > Users & Groups > Advanced Options

Choose simpler User name there.

Windows,

Windows key + R > type netplwiz and enter

“User Accounts” window > change your account name and choose simpler one there.
